Users must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — and legally permitted to access gambling services under the laws applicable to them.

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy. These documents form part of the contractual relationship between you and 111xp and should be read together.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
111xp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Provision of false information regarding eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawal, and referral to relevant authorities.
To access the full range of Platform Services, you must register an Account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and contact details.
Each natural person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any associated balances or pending bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must notify 111xp immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account. 111xp shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
111xp maintains a KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance programme as required under applicable law and operator licensing obligations. All users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and may be required to verify identity at other points during their account lifecycle.

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal processing or account restriction. Submission of fraudulent, altered or third-party documents constitutes a criminal act and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment options — including those referencing familiar Pakistani payment rails such as bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and e-wallet services (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast) — varies by operator configuration, user jurisdiction and provider terms. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposit transactions must be funded from payment methods held in your own name. Currency Note: Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the transacting currency, all account balances, bet amounts, bonus credits and withdrawal figures will be denominated in PKR. Currency conversion fees may apply where the underlying payment infrastructure operates in a different base currency; such fees are disclosed at checkout where applicable.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with the withdrawal policies in force at the time of the request. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
Processing times vary by payment method, your verification status and any applicable compliance review. No specific processing speed is guaranteed. E-wallet and instant-payment withdrawals may be processed faster than bank-transfer requests, but all withdrawals remain subject to operator review. Bank transfers (IBFT) typically take 1–5 business days from approval. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business banking hours may be subject to additional delays.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. The Platform reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in instalments. Any Bonus Funds that have not satisfied Wagering Requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited.
111xp may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements, reload offers, referral incentives or other promotional credits to eligible users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms of the offer as published at the time of the promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
111xp reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus amounts referenced elsewhere on this Platform (e.g., PKR 1,000 referral credit, PKR 25,000 welcome match) are illustrative figures unless confirmed as live offers by the operator.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. 111xp reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the event outcome has already been determined at the time of bet placement, or where there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing or exploitation of system errors.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC T20 and World Cup events, international football and UFC — are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed in the Platform at the time of bet placement. Rules of specific casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, slots, crash games) are governed by the game rules provided within each game interface.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the time of confirmation are binding. In-play odds move rapidly; the Platform accepts no liability for technological delays that may affect the odds displayed to users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 111xp.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111xp, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

111xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any Account balance may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion following review. Where closure is not due to user fault, any verified real-money balance (exclusive of uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via the original payment method where technically possible, subject to completed KYC.
111xp reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without providing individual notice to each user. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or via the email address registered to your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to arrange account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator holds its applicable gaming or remote gambling licence.
